Hello again, and welcome to another LoanBrix update! In the month of March, we had a few things to discuss, right after the RBA’s first rate cut after a long, long time.

Firstly, you can’t have your cake and eat it too! If you haven’t checked yet, your repayments may not have gotten lower even after the rate cut. Some banks don’t automatically reduce your repayments, so please make sure to check with your bank!
